FLUXshield as an all-in-one solution for plant lamps
FLUXshields are highly efficient LED boards for horticulture applications. Here, only a few steps are necessary to put the plant lamp into operation - time-consuming wiring of several modules is not necessary.
The most efficient LED chips from Samsung and Osram are used. These high-quality components in combination with the effective cooling via the surface of the board, as well as the convection slots, achieve a long service life.
The FLUXshield Gold is the flagship with an extended full spectrum including 660nm and 730nm Far Red. The theoretical maximum power is over 300W. In typical operation at 240W (XLG-240-H-AB) an area of over 80 x 80 cm is recommended. Other solutions are also conceivable, e.g. with Mean Well HLG-150H-54 driver, which enables a system efficiency of over 3.0 µmol/J for smaller areas (from 60 x 60 cm).
LED Driver for FLUXshield Gold
These modules are compatible with many Mean Well HLG, XLG and ELG series drivers.
The following models are recommended:
- 60 x 60 cm: XLG-150-H, HLG-150H-54, ELG-150-54
- 80 x 80 cm: XLG-240-H, HLG-240H-54, ELG-240-54
- 100 x 100 cm: [throttled/actively cooled] ELGC-300-H, HLG-320H-54
- 120 x 120 cm: HLG-480H-54 (4 FLUXshield Gold in parallel connection)
- 150 x 150 cm: HLG-600H-54 (4 FLUXshield Gold in parallel connection)
