Guarantee & Warranty

If a product does not work as it should, it is annoying for everyone involved. We try to rule out defects through our quality management, but sometimes a problem still occurs while using one of our products.

Important information: We are here for you! Please contact us if you have any doubts as to whether your product is working properly.

As our customer, you naturally have a statutory warranty claim if your product purchased from us has a defect. The warranty period is 24 months. If defects occur during this period that already existed at the time of purchase, you have the right to repair, replacement or a reduction in the purchase price. Your satisfaction is important to us. Let us know about the problem and we will try to solve it quickly and amicably.

for Bloomstar LED lights

1. scope of guarantee
Crescience provides a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee of 3 years from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies in addition to the statutory warranty claims under German law, which are not affected by this guarantee.

2. warranty services
The guarantee includes:

  • Material and manufacturing defects
  • Failures of LED modules, drivers and other electronic components

Excluded from the guarantee are

  • Damage caused by improper use, improper installation or repairs by unauthorised persons
  • External influences such as falls, mechanical damage, water damage (if not IP protection class-compliant)
  • Normal wear and tear, including natural luminous flux degradation of the LEDs
  • Damage due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strike, overvoltage, power failure)

3. warranty services in the event of a warranty claim
In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer shall decide at its own discretion:

  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement of the product with an equivalent or improved model
  • Reimbursement of the purchase price (pro rata according to useful life)

The warranty claims are dependent on:

  • Presentation of the proof of purchase or a corresponding invoice

Please contact Bloomstar customer service at:

Enter the following information:

  • Purchase date and dealer
  • Serial number (if available)
  • Description of the defect

The defective product must be returned free of charge to the specified address upon request by Bloomstar. Please be sure to include the RMA number assigned by Support.
The standard shipping costs will be reimbursed after the case has been examined in the event of a warranty claim. Therefore, please keep the receipt for the shipping costs.

6 Legal effectiveness
The guarantee is only valid in countries of the European Union. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this guarantee.

For all other Bloomstar products, only the statutory warranty under German law applies.
