Reflector for FLUXshield Habibi and FLUXshield 300

The reflectors are mounted to the holes in the FLUXshield LED boards using two small screws (2.5 mm hexagon spanner required) and the corresponding plastic counterparts. With a length of 32 cm, the folded plates fit the long sides of the FLUXshield Habibi and all four sides of the FLUXshield 300.

Why do I need a reflector on my luminaire?

A reflector helps to minimise light loss by directing part of the lateral radiation downwards onto the canopy. A reflector is particularly useful if the luminaire is used in open areas, the walls of the growing environment reflect poorly or a greater distance to the plants is required. In these cases, photons that would otherwise be radiated into the room or absorbed by the walls can be utilised.
