Ondanks de grote concurrentie op de markt is het principe in de loop der jaren weinig veranderd.  Rechthoekige aluminium borden met lineaire LED-strings, meestal <a href=\"https:\/\/cre.science\/lm301h-vs-lm301b\/\">Samsung LM301B of LM301H<\/a>De LED-printplaten zijn aangevuld met 660 nm LED's voor een nog betere effici\u00ebntie. De gleuven op de rechterhelft van het schild werden afgeplakt, terwijl de linkerhelft ongewijzigd bleef. De FLUXshield Gold werd enige tijd met 5,5 A gebruikt om de temperatuur te stabiliseren. De sc\u00e8ne werd vervolgens belicht en daarna met de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VCUN59x0LF4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">BOS-procedure<\/a> verwerkt. Hierdoor worden dichtheidsverschillen in de lucht zichtbaar: lichte gebieden vertegenwoordigen een lage dichtheid, donkere gebieden een hoge dichtheid.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Het resultaat is duidelijk:<\/strong> aan de rechterkant, hoopt zich warmte op onder de printplaat, waarvan het grootste deel uiteindelijk door de zijkant van de printplaat gaat. <br \/>Ondertussen zorgen de gleuven aan de linkerkant voor convectie <em>via<\/em> het bestuur. Dit betekent dat het onder de plaat koeler blijft en de plaat zelf profiteert ook van de extra convectie met lagere temperaturen.<\/p>\n<h2>Betere verlichting door geoptimaliseerde plaatsing van de LED's<\/h2>\n<p>Net als bij de eerste generatie konden we de gebruikelijke hotspot in het midden van het verlichte gebied verminderen door de leds excentrisch te rangschikken, waarbij ze naar de rand toe dichter worden. Dankzij het vierkante formaat zijn de FLUXshield's perfect voor vierkante kweekruimten - en natuurlijk voor de rechthoekige tentformaten, die uiteindelijk meestal veelvouden zijn van de vierkante. En dat zonder afbreuk te doen aan de kwaliteit. Het enige wat u mist is een vleugje luxe dat de grote FLUXshield Gold uitstraalt. Een glanzende zilveren afwerking is hier gebruikt in plaats van het goud. De aluminium plaat is met 2 mm extra dik, wat het compacte board op meer dan 500 g brengt. De Samsung LM301H en Osram GH CSSRM4.24 leds behoren tot de meest effici\u00ebnte leds op de markt. Zelfs in de zuinige vermogensklasse rond 100W levert deze configuratie voldoende lichtopbrengst voor de standaard footprint van 60 x 60 cm. Met zijn gigantische afmetingen van 48 x 48 cm is het een van de grootste LED-modules op de markt. Wij hebben ook goed gedoseerde ver-rode LED's toegevoegd, die zorgen voor een betere groei van de bladoppervlakken en een versnelde bloeifase.
