You can return used batteries, which we carry or have carried as new batteries in our range, free of charge to our dispatch warehouse (dispatch address). The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The crossed-out dustbin symbol means that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pb = battery contains more than 0.004 per cent lead by mass<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cd = battery contains more than 0.002 per cent cadmium by mass<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005 per cent mercury by mass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please follow the instructions above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a battery return, please always contact our customer service team in advance at support@cre.science.<br>Please do not return batteries to us without prior agreement.
